At Catalyx, she has scaled the Functional Service Provision (FSP) programme across seven divisions and multiple sites. This solution provides clients with dedicated teams to manage key functions such as Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Packaging, enabling flexibility, resilience, and consistent performance. Under Vivian’s leadership, FSP has become a trusted model for global pharmaceutical clients.
