Pratik Ainapure - Associate Engineering Manager
Pratik recently stepped into a management role within Catalyx’s North American Vision and Factory Automation group. He now leads a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the development and delivery of robotic and vision systems for our customers.
He approaches leadership with humility, curiosity and accountability. By encouraging engineers to explore their own solutions and providing constructive guidance.
Pratik also leads the Catalyx graduate training programme. Drawing on his own experience as a new engineer, he has helped broaden the programme to give graduates exposure to electrical, mechanical, software and regulatory disciplines, building both technical capability and confidence from the beginning of their careers.
Morgan Massino - Lead Engineer
Morgan is a Lead Engineer within Catalyx’s Process Control and Automation Engineering group. With a background in chemical engineering and computer science, she brings multidisciplinary experience across control systems, industrial software and regulated manufacturing.
Her organised and detail-oriented approach consistently supports high-quality outcomes for our customers. She combines technical expertise with a positive, professional working style, enabling her to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Morgan continually seeks out new challenges and opportunities to learn. Her motivation to explore complex problems, develop her knowledge and find practical solutions makes her an exceptional engineer and a valued member of the Catalyx team.
